Aim

The aim of running Professional Learning with my peers from outside my context is to change colleagues knowledge and understanding of the teaching and assessment of Mathematics.

What I have done

2019

(6.3, 6.4, 7.4) In 2019 I presented, alongside my colleague Julie Engelhardt, at the Numeracy Forum for South Australia.  The Prezi used to support this presentation can be found hereThe proposal our presentation, which I prepared can be found here. The workshop Prezi and other ideas were shared during the afternoon after the event, via email to the 14 people who attended the session.  The resources shared can be found here. Feedback, including What went well…, Even better if… and My takeaways from this session, from all participants of the workshop, can be seen in the impact section below.  The session focused upon (5.1) evaluating the assessments and how I have supported colleagues to do this, using assessment data, complying with the SACE curriculum to use a range of assessment strategies.  How I lead the moderation of these activities (5.3) was shared, to ensure consistent judgement were made in line with SACE requirements.
