So.. I've made time to reflect but I have no idea WHAT to write about

Knowing what to write about for teacher accreditation and professional growth can be tricky can’t it?  I get it.  You’ve done a great thing and put aside some time to write about your practice and it’s important that you get to use this precious time wisely.

Let me share some quick tips to get you on the path to reflection

This week I want to talk to you about how to know exactly what to talk or write about in your reflections.  You need to be able to focus on your impact (whether that impact is on yourself, your  students, colleagues or your whole site, that’s what you should be writing about.

In this episode I’m going to teach you some simple techniques for identifying the moments from your practice that show that impact.  We’ll talk about tapping into our professional  intuition as a flag for an opportunity to find awesome artefacts and evidence for your portfolio.
