Data, Data Everywhere but how much of it is on my impact?
- Have you realised that you’ve been teaching for 10 whole months now? That’s 10 months in which you’ve had the time to get to know the nuances of your ‘kidlets’ and have experimented (through good times and bad) to find what really works for them.
You’ll soon be busy writing an end of year report, planning what’s what for next year and getting ready for 2020 🤯.
In the coming weeks:
- How much time have you set aside to reflect on your growth this year? To see the impact you’ve had on your students and to understand how you did that?
- How much time have you put aside to identify goals for yourself. Goals that will inform professional development and growth?
Are you making time to create a report card for your own learning this year?
It's time to acknowledge our right to celebration and growth!
In this week’s podcast, I’m making time to discuss the importance (and the awesome timing) of YOU making time to use data to accelerate your professional growth. The end of year isn’t all about the students’ growth.. Not without you exploring how YOU DID THAT and making room to celebrate all that you’ve achieved this year.
