  • Lesson observations by a mentor
  • Reflections on your own practice
  • Analysis of a program
  • A verified record of collegial engagement (including a collaborative planning activity)
  • A log of PD and evidence of reflection on that PD which includes what you learnt in three sessions and how you have applied that in your classroom.
