I’ve been involved in more formal mentoring processes this year and learned a lot from doing so. From completing heat maps with my Pre-Service Teacher, completing and attending professional development, completing observations, having professional conversations and improving on talking about the why of my own practice, I wanted a space to keep all of that together.
