Before I post an evidence piece publicly, I love to lean upon my collaborator pals to read it and help me make sure I’ve picked the right standards. Even as someone as experienced as I am with working with them, sometimes i just can’t see the wood for the trees! For example, in the below conversation (between Markeeta and Kat – whilst I was getting my little one dressed) you can see that, in a post entirely about how I used ICT… i completely forgot to tag standard 2.6! What?!
Anyway, I share this conversation here as evidence of these two wonderful leaders who are helping me to seek clarity in a sometimes crowded forest!! Thanks ladies! It’s always awesome to know that I can call upon other perspectives to develop my own 🙂
MarkeetaYou really should have prof 1.1 in there because you’ve identified that one of the groups just isn’t developed enough in their thinking to do what the other groups are doing.MarkeetaUm…. 2.6???? Hello?!?!?!lol3.2 should be there too.. because you’re promoting engagement. Actually you’re demanding it.Markeetalol that’s what I thought…. and how about 3.6 which says: Evaluate personal teaching and learning programs using evidence, including feedback from students and student assessment data, to inform planning. This is the WHOLE point of your post.Markeeta4.2, 4.5, 5.1, 5.2 (I actually rolled my eyes at this one… Goodness me woman! you actually almost quote the damn standard: Provide timely, effective and appropriate feedback to students about their achievement relative to their learning goals.)Markeetalol 5.4 I think you can probs say 5.5 because in your context reporting to parents isn’t part of the job
