Our hours and response times
Our team is located in Adelaide, South Australia (+10.5GMT or ACDT/ADST). We provide guaranteed support during business hours (08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday) and ad-hoc support at all other times (meaning that as long as get notified of your support request, and we’re in reach of a device, we’ll try and respond ASAP). About our support
We provide support using a combination of chat, email, phone and screen sharing using Skype (for Business). Support is personalized and appropriate to your needs (you wont be bamboozled with unnecessary technobabble) and where possible we will share with you appropriate hints, tips and recommendations for the way in which your working with your Edufolio so you can get the best out of it.
